Before you pick up an egg
You need your plot. The free starter egg is already the first hatch: it pops in about 5 seconds. Place that squishy when the game says to put your ASMR on your plot. Walking over placed squishies plays their ASMR sounds and they pay cash every second.
Other eggs come from the map or from another player's base. You carry one home. Players can chase you while you carry it.
Hatch times
| Egg | Hatch time | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Starter, free first egg | about 5 seconds | Hatch and place it immediately |
| Common | 1–5 minutes | Place it and keep playing nearby |
| Rare | 2.5–5 hours | Place it and protect it |
Observed rare countdowns were 2 hours 28 minutes, 3 hours 31 minutes, and 4 hours 31 minutes. Glowing and rainbow egg variants exist. Rarer eggs take longer, and those variants do not have a separate timer list.
The egg hatches while it stays placed. A rare timer does not need you to stand on it.
After it hatches
Place the squishy if the hatch does not occupy a plot slot by itself, and read the live cash per second. Income is the sum of every squishy on the plot. When the plot is full, remove the lowest number. Names and condition words are clues. The number on the toy is the one that pays.
The first land expansion was documented at $200. Later prices rise. A 1,000,000 unlock was reported around the 50,000 cash mark. That later price is a report, not a full cost table.
See which squishy to keep for the captured payouts, and traps if a rare egg will sit for hours.
