Where it is
The Lucky Spin wheel is near the mailbox. It shows a countdown to the next free spin, about every 2 minutes. Extra spins were labeled Buy 1 = 36 and Buy 5 = 131. The currency name was not captured. Do not treat those prices as Robux unless the button says Robux when you look.
Buffs that land show a timer, such as 2× Income with 9:41 left.

Two more segments were marked 70% and 40% and were not tied to a prize. Leave them out of any odds math.
A documented spin did award Rainbow Orbeez at $30.00M/s, so that row is not only a label.
How to read the odds
The Lucky Spin calculator uses one chance and a number of spins. It answers the chance of at least one success if every spin is independent. Type 8 and your spin count for Instant Hatch, or 4 for Rainbow Orbeez. The default 8 is the Instant Hatch example, not a universal drop rate. Do not type a percent for 6× Treadmill.
Free spins are the part with a known cadence. Buying spins is only worth it if you can see the currency and you accept the published segment, not the unnamed ones.
